According to carscoops.com, it’s highly likely that the Nissan Armada Mountain Patrol vehicle will be one of the greatest overlanding vehicles we’ve ever seen. We love the current model as is, of course, but we are always thrilled to offer our customers more diverse and exciting options to suit all kinds of lifestyles.

Later this month, during the 2018 Overland Expo West, the Nissan brand is expected to unveil a customized Nissan Armada model called the Mountain Patrol. This version will really take customers’ ideas into account and is set to be developed with the assistance of social media goers on Facebook and Instagram, particularly when it comes to tires, vinyl wrap, roof-mounted tent, and other fine details.

At this point in time, we don’t know all the specifics, but we can expect custom features all over, including a rugged bumper design, winches, a Rhino Rack, and a snorkel. Utilizing possible items such as a hi-lift jack, jerry cans, and spare tire carrier, this model will be suited toward all your off-road adventures.

It is, however, expected to keep that awesome 5.6-liter V8 engine with an optional four-wheel drive system. We are hoping to see this model at a variety of outdoor events throughout the year, and we can’t wait until we have the finalized details.

According to Nissan North America’s Chief Marketing Manager Brandon White, “If you are building an overlanding rig, the Nissan Armada is a great place to start with its impressive off-road capabilities, great on-road comfort and its suite of Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies.”
